Use this spread when you feel generally out of alignment without being able to pinpoint why. Step 3: Interpretation Advice
Look for patterns across the cards: multiple Sword cards may indicate mental overactivity suppressing the lower chakras; multiple reversed cards in the upper chakras suggest spiritual disconnection while the lower body copes. A Five or Ten of any suit in a chakra position signals a significant challenge in that energy center.
